1. You must work for or be affiliated with Healthcare directly, or with a company that works in the Healthcare Space

2. You must use OpenMRS/DHIS2 to interface with FHIR/CommCare/REDCap/R/Rstudio

You must interface CommCare/REDCap/R/Rstudio to other open-source systems using FHIR

3. There must be some minimal functionality/proof of concept by the end in code (we want designers but we want SOME software by the end, even if minimal)

4. Cannot be completely closed source
